Do you have an archivist? I have an old photograph of my father (Reginald Lea) in scouts uniform in about 1915. The word “Cranleigh” is part of the photo. He was living in Alfold, Surrey where his father was the village schoolteacher. Do you have any records of that era?

Hi Trevor – there is a man in Cranleigh who runs the historial society and they keep a files of old photos events including Scouting etc from way back. Not very helpful as I do not know his name at present please try other web searches to find out more.
